Use of Montmorency County Released Inmates signifies agreement with these terms and conditions. If you do not accept every term below, do not access or use the site.

Montmorency County Released Inmates is privately owned and has no affiliation with a government body, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections department. It is neither a private investigation firm nor a consumer reporting agency. The site and its advertising partners do not offer services for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another use governed by the FCRA. Its role is limited to helping visitors locate Michigan and Montmorency County custody and release-record resources.


Nature of This Website

This is an independent reference site. It holds no official jail, court, or corrections records and cannot verify custody, order a release, post bond, or file a request for a visitor.

Pages point readers toward sources such as Alpena Corrections, Montmorency Sheriff records, Michigan courts, MDOC, BOP, and ICE. Some features connect to outside research tools.
