Terms Entered in Search Tools
A name, location, or other query entered into a search box is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. Montmorency County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy terms govern its handling of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or use a contact form, we retain the message and contact details as needed to respond. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
